Synopsis: Dario, Chris and Wolfcast Toronto are baaaaaaack for season 2! We have awoken from our winter hibernation to witness the Toronto Wolfpack win their exhibition game 34-0 vs the Bradford Bulls. The podcast with some discussion how 2018 will be different from last year. We break the podcast into some of the players that are no longer with us as well as some key games to look forward to in 2018.
Two of the players that left, Craig Hall and Dan Fleming left to be closer to home and be with their young children. Does this mean that the Wolfpack is better suited to have single male players only?
We question (as Coach Rowley does) the rules behind Canadian Rhys Jacks not being considered as a Canadian for league play. This lead to his departure from the team as well.
We have to discuss the three players Fuifui Moimoi, Ryan Bailey and Dave Taylor’s who all mutually agreed to leave the team just before the season started. A sad and unfortunate situation for all.
Finally we look at a few of the key games to look forward this year including rivalry games with Leigh Centurions, Barrow Raiders, Toulouse Olympique and the fact that Toronto will be participating in both the Summer Bash and Magic Weekend.
We end the podcast by not only wishing the Toronto Wolfpack good luck for the upcoming season, but have our own little press release. Keep your eyes out for WolfcastTV coming soon to a youtube channel near you!
